The company has been active on the market since 2002 and has a long experience in the extraction and sorting of mineral aggregates for concrete. It is located in Giurgiu county where it has modern sorting and concrete stations.
Job Objectives: With a background and good understanding of B2B sales in construction you will develop trusting relationships with customers for the purpose of identifying new opportunities in selling concrete for industrial & civil area.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferable in the similar industry: construction materials, technical area;
• Good understanding/knowledge/experience of consultative selling in construction;
• Knowledge about the concrete production operational area;
• Drivers license, B category;
• Availability for frequent trips nearby Giurgiu & S of Bucharest.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Establishing partnerships/alliances with customers from civil & industrial area;
• Prospecting skills;
• Meeting sales goals;
• Planning;
• Initiative.
Responsibilities:
• Develops sales by making initial presentation, explaining product benefits for the construction market for civil & industrial area;
• Initiates sales process by building relationships, qualifying potential, scheduling appointments.
• Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks;
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company’s objectives;
• Monitoring the development of projects on site in collaboration with the concrete station;
• Preparing contracts, negotiate commercial & technical terms of the contracts to be signed.
