• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Information Technology, Logistics Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and proven track record of successfully implemented logistics automation projects.
• Strong understanding of autonomous mobile robot technologies (AGV/AMR) including industry trends and best practices
• Analytical mindset with the capability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for automation improvement.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time within the EU region
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• German language knowledge is welcomed, but not mandatory.

• As an AGV Rollout Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our organization's AGV automation initiatives, focusing on the successful implementation of AGV systems in plants and warehouses.
• Your responsibilities will encompass project planning and execution, use case development, key account management, and technological evaluation.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless rollout and drive innovation in AGV technology.
• Consult plants and warehouses in AGV automation activities and suggest appropriate hard- and software solutions.
• Plan and execute AGV implementation projects together with a local project manager.
• Organize and lead automation workshops to gather, define, and refine AGV and related business cases that increase productivity.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Bosch plants and warehouses for AGV related topics and cultivate relationships to understand their needs.
• Collaborate with internal partners to explore opportunities for technological advancements such as camera technologies.
