    Role description

    The Project Manager will execute the standardization and globalization of access management for business services applications used across brands. This workstream covers all applications in scope for the Finance Transformation program and is responsible for delivering application identity access management.

    The Project Manager role will require solid experience with design and implementation of access management and related change management activities. Must have a proven track record of developing and maintaining valuable stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization. They will be required to effectively collaborate and drive alignment with all the application owners, process owners, risk and control functions and project leadership.

    Excellent communication skills, time management and a problem solving attitude is important to this role as the Project Manager will be responsible for escalating risks in a timely manner, aligning program status with stakeholders and presenting to brand executives.

    The Project Manager will be part of Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO) and as such will also have an important role to play in ensuring appropriately implemented in their areas under scope. Occasional travel to New York City, Norwalk, Amsterdam and Bangalore.

    Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

    • Own the successful delivery of the end to end project lifecycle for technical implementations including the delivery of IAM Solution, working in close collaboration with the ePMO and the Morpheus Program Management team
    • Create clear project plans together with involved departments and collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and build action plans.
    • Identify milestones and manage overall timelines, resources, dependencies and risks.
    • Hold project members accountable for the delivery of their part of the project. This will include managing delivery of the required technical documentation
    • Proactively drive project execution i.e. run standups and identify actions, track and report on status, anticipate bottlenecks risks and issues and resolve blocking issues, provide escalation management and make technical trade-offs.
    • Create, maintain and disseminate project status reports in a concise, accurate, and professional manner and present as needed in leadership meetings.
    • Engage stakeholders at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
    • Foster constructive dialogues, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues (build consensus).
    • Interact with project sponsors, project stakeholders across multiple business and technical teams to understand and articulate access management impact. (must be open to travel)
    • Enable team members and leaders from involved departments to make quality decisions.
    • Support building of PM capabilities within the organization and other teams.
    • Adheres to and helps improve internal governance and program management standards across the Enterprise Program Management Office.
    • Complies with health & safety regulations.

    Role Qualifications and Requirements

    • Experience in leading initiatives part of Digital Transformation
    • Proven experience of managing end-to-end integration, and/or software development projects, with an ability to understand multiple technologies and how they interact for the benefit of customers.
    • Good understanding of Identity Access Management & implementing Security by design,
    • Understanding of the architecture of the systems you work with (e.g., workflows, APIs, runtime characteristics, design limitations, and maintenance requirements).
    • Good understanding of Finance processes - P2P, O2C R2R etc
    • Ability to navigate and execute technological and or integration projects in an agile environment, without over-engineering things.
    • Experience of working with different delivery frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall and hybrids models such as Scaled Agile (SAFE). SAFE certification is preferred.
    • Proven experience working and managing multicultural teams.
    • Proven ability to manage large numbers of stakeholders and build consensus.
    • Solid understanding of change management and able to guide people through change.
