    Requirements

    Your skills and strengths:

    • Successfully completed technical (not restricted) or economic studies

    • Knowledge of Project Management (PMI or IPMA certification is an advantage)

    • Team player with high social competence.

    • Problem-solving abilities

    • Easily adapt to different tasks

    • Well organized

    • Background of development, not restricted to project management but in and in managing project teams, ideally for customers in the automotive industry .

    • Entrepreneurial skills and high level customer and process orientation.

    • Advanced knowledge of English language

    • German Language is an advantage

    Responsibilities

    Functional lead of core team dedicated to filter elements projects, including special projects or complains with full responsibility for the project objectives concerning profitability, costs, quality and timing.
    Your roles and responsibilities:

    • Analyze filter elements market requirements, coordinate the evaluation of business cases and RFQ`s

    • Overall responsibility for the successful execution of projects in order to achieve the project objectives concerning scope, profitability, costs, quality and timing

    • Coordination of project team members, customers, internal and external development partners, suppliers and production facilities

    • Coordination and management of project changes considering the effects on the project objectives

    • Overall responsibility and management of released project budget

    • Monitoring and controlling the project progress in order to achieve quality gates and milestones

    • Responsible for the ongoing project documentation and communication (status reports, reviews, escalations, etc.);

    • Project reporting and presentation to management committees and customers

    • Create and maintain transparency within the project

    • Continuous improvement of workflows, interfaces, communication in the product creation process with regard to project management and project work
