    Being a part of our NE&ME Transport Team, you will become an important player in a strong and independent team. We support all our sites globally on a daily basis so flexibility, proactiveness and communication are all keywords in our team.

    In this role you will be an active part of a friendly and passionate team, with responsibility for ensuring that all customer orders are prepared and dispatched in accordance with the required legal framework of the receiving country, along with meeting export requirements for reporting and identification of products being shipped and coordinating transport and dispatch of products with our Logistics Warehouse.

    Adhering to booking deadlines and processes to make sure that we keep up our high performance and we rely on every colleague to take equal part of the daily scope.     How You'll Make an Impact

    • Check invoicing accuracy and rectify any errors.
    • Ensure manifest is correct for daily shipments and paperwork fully prepared to support on time freight forwarder collections.
    • Create documentation for customs for all export shipments from the plant using ERP system and any other required system.
    • Book collections using different freight forwarders and provided required paperwork for the shipments.
    • Tracking proof of deliveries when requested.
    • Investigating and correcting shipping errors.
    • Check and approve Export freight invoices when required.
    • Ensure correct processes are followed within the department and look at ways to optimize our processes.
    • Liaise with ECC for exporting shipments.
    • Process and monitor any NCR cases when required.
    • Be involved in regular carrier reviews looking at ways to optimize our transit times and costs.
    • Able to engage and operate in freight forwarder web portals.
    • Able to enter and interrogate ERP systems with appropriate level of access.
    • Perform all other reasonably duties assigned by supervisor or manager.

    What You Bring

    • Degree (or equivalent) qualification Or Significant experience in similar role may be considered in lieu of academic requirements.
    • Significant experience in a customer facing role within an order processing or distribution environment.
    • Proficient with MS Office and SAP
    • Understanding of the export documentation requirement for shipments to countries outside the EU.
    • Working knowledge of Incoterms. (DAP, FCA etc)
