Commercial Offer and Order Professional

• You will support our Finance team within the functions of offer management and order execution taking part and assisting in the following:
• Analysis and commenting of contracts with internal and external suppliers as well as customers according to commercial, tax, insurance, and legal aspects
• Preparation of calculations for quotation in collaboration with the technical colleagues and the regional companies as well as analysis of risks, and implementation of a professional currency management
• Implementation of bid releases by collecting all necessary information in time, including calculation, contract analysis and risk analysis
• Recognize the relevant movements in our SAP systems like order intake and invoicing towards the customer; allocate costs correctly
• Monitor accounts receivables and claim them towards customers, handle payments via Letter of Credit
• Project's controlling: monitor project's costs and analyze variances against order intake; initiate corrections and clarifications
• Develop and support the creation of sales relevant reports including their visualization via Tableau or QlikView

• Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or similar) as an alternative or addition
• First experiences in the systems business, ideally in the field of energy transmission
• Basic knowledge of SAP/Spiridon and familiarity with Microsoft Office and demonstrated proficiency with Excel and Outlook (advanced), knowledge in processing and visualizing data is a plus
• Fluent language skills in English and German, other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Ability to cooperate, and strong communication skills
• Ability to decision-making and customer focus
