    A Snapshot of Your Day:

    You will engage in designing, implementing the requirements, and verifying the secondary design for high voltage substations. You will prepare hardware designs and provide clarifications for project teams, customers, and suppliers.


    How you will Make an Impact:
    • Understanding and analysis of technical customer requirements, verification with standard or innovative product portfolio solutions
    • Preparation of hardware designs and manufacturing documents with integration of subsystems and interfaces for local control cabinets
    • Preparation of related technical documents, cost calculations and circuit documents as well as manuals within the scope of quotation processing and project execution
    • Clarification of technical requirements, both within project teams and with customers and suppliers, as well as preparation of work packages for sub-suppliers including their outbound control
    • Optional: Good knowledge in parameterization and testing HV protection relays & BCUs (DIGSI / SIPROTEC V4/5)

    What You Bring:
    • University degree in electrical engineering or comparable professional training
    • Several years of work experience in hardware engineering for local control panels for high voltage substations or energy generation or transmission plants
    • Good knowledge of high voltage products, systems, substations and electrical network
    • Very good CAE knowledge, ideally in the tool Engineering Base (optional ELCAD or E-PLAN)
    • Very good English language skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Take initiative, proactive in learning and analytical attitude
    • Customer orientation
    • Intercultural experience
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills for result-oriented and creative development of our projects, focus on high quality execution of our solutions
