An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Siemens Energy project business to join the team as a process automation expert.

As a process automation expert, you will support our internal projects and initiatives by using community software and data analytics that will help driving our Project Entity strategy.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Your main task is to understand the business processes and automate them to support our journey towards a data-driven company.
• You collect requirements from our subject matter experts to create the best automation strategies.
• You design and install workflows and dashboards and thereby support our internal projects to analyze data to get deeper insights into our business.
• You identify quality issues and bugs in our business processes and resolve them in collaboration with our experts.
• You will be the interface to a wide range of stakeholders (project execution, corporate functions & IT) and support our commercial community with your expertise.

What You Bring

• Degree educated in either Business Administration, Mathematics or Computer Sciences, the ideal candidate will be strong in looking holistically at systems and processes.
• Fluent in English language and capable of communicating with a worldwide team located in different time zones.
• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming, preferably Python.
• Basic knowledge of SharePoint sites e.g. creating and managing the sites and permissions.
• Knowledge of data processing tools such as development and maintenance of Alteryx workflows for data processing.
• Knowledge of development and maintenance of dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Basic knowledge on Office365 tools like Power Apps and Power Automate.
