Working Student_ Ampere PMO

A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student you will be supporting the PMO team in the ideation, concepting, planning, implementation and measurement of the M&A program and project management processes.
How You'll Make an Impact

• You will help to develop texts and designs for various internal channels and help to maintain our Intranet and SharePoint pages
• You will be providing administrative support, maintaining distribution lists, organizational charts, onboarding/offboarding personnel, maintaining SharePoint documentation (i.e., abbreviations, links, general information)
• You will be supporting the preparation, implementation and follow-up of required presentation material for boards, meetings, surveys, communication internal and external

What You Bring

• You are currently a student (Bachelor/Master program) within the fields of Communication Sciences, Business Administration or comparable
• Creative, communicative, pragmatic and enthusiastic personality
• Independent approach to work, high sense of responsibility, proactivity and team spirit
• Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, and Power Point) and also SharePoint
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
