Our team is actively supporting the Siemens Energy Digital Transformation, a global digitization initiative launched to optimize the functionality of Siemens Energy Supply Chain Management. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual with excellent service orientation and skills/experience in operational procurement to support the implementation of our digitalization projects. You will be adding value through ensuring smooth utilization and release implementation of digital solutions.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• You should be 6-8 years experienced IT professional with Graduation in Engineering or equivalent
• You must be a Technology enthusiast who can leverage Project/Service Management design principals combined with latest technologies to realize any software/Service Management solutions. You will be working closely with Business.
• Project Coordinator for E2E Procurement, requirement engineer & solution designer, translator and coordinator between business and Tech team
• Hands on S/4 HANA central procurement and/or S/4 HANA Procurement implementation projects with at least 3 years of experience.
• Understanding of the Procurement processes (Source to Contract S2C and/or Requisition to Order RTO)
• Project Management (Time / Quality / Effort)
• Having good understanding of Requirement engineering / translator (business ??? IT service provider)
• Having good knowledge of standard End to End Procurement solutions / landscape
• Having good expertise in Stakeholder Management
• Good to have ITIL / Operations / Service Management background
• Good to have experience in SAP Ariba

• Development and controlling of time schedule together with Project Leads
• To plan, elaborate, design and maintenance of assigned tasks /action list (IT focus)
• Openness for Hands-on work assigned to check, review and activate/customize the new features released by SAP
• Status reporting to related stakeholders
• Having strong understanding of Requirement engineering and designing solutions
• Challenge requirements against standards and harmonized processes
• Ensure solution design documentation (acc. project templates)
• Ensure knowledge transfer from SAP to own responsibility of implemented functions
• Controlling of implementation progress and execution of IT relevant testing
• Ensure business acceptance of handed over solution results
• Support smooth handover to stable operations
