A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be responsible to develop highly complex large-scale bids from a commercial point of view. You will be faced with a broad variety of customers and partners from different countries, while contributing to the future energy transition.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Support the bid team with the preparation of customer bids taking into account all relevant stakeholders such as legal, tax and financing experts
• Review customer requirements and bid deliverables from a commercial point of view.
• Close alignment with external partners
• Support the bid team with preparing forecasts for offer costs
• Responsibility for the commercial aspects of offer calculation
• Calculation Owner in our Calculation Tool iTWO baseline
• Act as a sparring partner for specific regions and members of the bid team
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and guidelines including LoA, NCM, tax, trade finance or currency guidelines.
• Advice on commercial and financial aspects of bids in customer negotiations

What You Bring

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent practice
• Experience in Commercial Bid and Commercial Project Management for large-scale projects for end-customers
• Advanced skills in offer preparation, contract negotiation, Financing, Accounting, and reporting principles as well as Contract-, Claim- and Risk management
• Advanced knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Fluency in written and spoken Business English, German communication skills would be a bonus
• Experience in presenting results
• Hands-on attitude to successfully handle the full scope of financial and commercial activities
