• Handle operational tasks requested in the ticketing system.
• Engage with the team and the internal stakeholders to solve operational tasks and support different internal initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement and documentation.
• Participate in data cleansing tasks and projects to improve data quality.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Maintain a 24-48 turn-around time for all incoming requests.
• Coordinate urgent cases where agility is the key.
• Ensures Master Data integrity in SAP system and maintains the processes to support the data quality.
• Assist in data management governance and quality with other function owners to ensure data integrity across operations and consistency with business processes and requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance by performing data cleansing and data validation tasks.
• Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years' experience managing master data across a complex international supply chain in an SAP environment. Experience in the SAP MM module is an advantage.
• Data analysis skills using tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Expertise in Master data management concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, data stewards, and business users; Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Adaptability to changing data requirements and business needs.
