IT PMO Responsible

A Snapshot of Your Day

As an IT Portfolio Manager / PMO you will establish and support the global collaboration between the SE IT APD PLM teams, the IT PLM services, and the IT PLM projects. This includes but not restricted to support processes, know how exchange, leveraging resources, KPI definition and solution reusage.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Coordinate cross-team topics within Value Center PLM, define guidelines, document processes as applicable
• Provide management support for coordination of Summits, Strategy Meetings, special topics (Change Drivers), Mgmt Boards, information sharing and documentation
• Creation of required presentation material for boards, meetings, surveys, communication internal and external
• General monitoring of Project and Service Reports, sending out reminders, coordination of documentation, managing KPIs, Hour Reporting, supporting rebooking's as applicable
• Maintain Access database for Planned and Actuals reporting
• OPW collection, evaluation, coordination for cost savings initiatives
• Proactively collect newsworthy information within Value Center PLM to contribute to APD Newsletter
• Ensure knowledge sharing and community building within your area of and across the global PLM team
• Admin for VC PLM SharePoint site(s), MS TEAMS, Yammer/Viva Engage
• QM for VC PLM, e.g., MARE reporting
• Administrative support, maintaining distribution list, org charts, book-of-faces, onboarding/offboarding personnel, maintaining OneNote documentation (i.e., abbreviations, links, general information)

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or international business management with technical focus
• At least 3 years' experience in IT project management or in a similar field
• Ability to work under time constraints and easy adapted to continual change
• Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite, e.g., Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Strong organizational, planning/scheduling, interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and networking skills including cross-cultural abilities
• Self-starter, self-directed, self-motivated, assertive, and willing to work independently without being prompted
• Business-fluent English (written and spoken) as well as readiness to travel globally if required is necessary for this role. German language skills are a plus.
