    A Snapshot of Your Day

    As Product cost- and R&D impact analyst for the world's No. 1 in high voltage technology you will support the Product Life Cycle Management department with your expertise in all product cost topics.

    You will communicate with a variety of departments and stakeholders across all functions and provide accurate and relevant analysis on product cost data. In this role, you will also support the automation of data analysis and simplification of processes related to product costing.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    • Support product management in their decision making on best portfolio elements by providing transparent product cost calculations as well as in defining calculation references and setting product target costs
    • Analyze product costs of different products worldwide and define together with product manager measures for product cost optimization
    • Support R&D project management by continuously product cost tracking and reporting
    • Calculate different cost scenarios to identify risks and opportunities
    • Provide support to different product managers in Business impact evaluation
    • Drive automatization in data analysis and simplify processes in regard of costing and business impact
    • Responsible for business cases together with product managers

    What You Bring

    • University degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration or comparable
    • Professional Experience: 2 to 3 years of operational experience in costing or purchasing
    • Experience in working with different departments and corporate functions
    • Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP and experiences with databases and Excel
    • Being proactive, dynamic, decisive & results-oriented, as well as a team player with strong interpersonal skills
    • International experience either outside of the home country or in a global organization is a clearly benefit
    • Advanced communications skills in English, German is a plus
    • Flexibility to work in the environment of a global company e.g training in Germany
