>>Experience in similar roles;

>>Higher studies in Civil Engineering;

>>Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (min. B2);

>>Negotiation skills;

>>Practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and Microsoft Project;

>>Practical knowledge of AutoCAD;

>>Practical knowledge of SAP;

>>Good communication skills and the ability to work in an international team;

>>Attention to details and accuracy;

>>Proactivity and flexibility;

>>Ability to meet deadlines and reliability in work performance;

>>Category B driver's license.

>>Support for the monitoring and coordination of works on site;

>>Creation of graphics and maintenance of construction documentation;

>>Work progress reporting and account keeping;

>>Placing orders, overseeing delivery planning and promptness;

>>Maintaining site documentation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional standards;

>>Execution of orders entered in the construction log;

>>Preparation of the as-built documentation of the construction works;

>>Close cooperation and assistance with CJR Group entities in Poland and Portugal and CJR Group collaborators;

>>Compliance with internal and external health and safety regulations and quality policy;

>>Preparation of conceptual, construction and execution projects in accordance with the law, standards and regulations in the field of construction;

>>Analysis and selection of optimal design solutions;

>>Analyzing, evaluating, checking the design documentation of other designers;

>>Compliance with internal and external health and safety regulations and quality policy.
