Knowing in detail the product to be sold and the services related to it;
Proposing ways to improve the script and the sale techniques;
Offering constant feedback regarding market opportunities and client needs.

Communicative person, team-player spirit, customer-oriented;
Telephone communication skills;
Problem-solving attitude, pro-active person;
Would be a plus: knowledge of Microsoft Office, good knowledge of English (spoken and written) and previous experience in the financial system and call center environment.
