Your Day-To-Day:

• Enter and extract data from various applications, including Salesforce.com
• Analyse data to identify potential areas of improvement.
• Ensure channel partners ecosystem success by enabling partners to better support customers through license education renewals and new orders.
• Work closely with your direct manager and peers to book orders and ensure customers receive prompt service and accurate information through order management service.

Your Skills and Knowledge:

• Fluent English is mandatory
• Pursuing a BA in Business Development/Marketing or related field
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Applications
• Comfortable in a multinational environment
• Data driven mindset
