Overview

UiPath is excited to be expanding our Culture team and we are currently looking to bring in a new Culture Programs Intern to support our Global Culture efforts. We are looking for someone passionate about organizational culture, who can balance their creativity and attention to detail with the goal of creating amazing experiences for our colleagues.

The role will support several of our Culture Programs globally with two main goals: bring people closer to each other and bring them closer to our culture, bringing our values to life. A successful team member will be creative, detail-oriented, a problem solver with a burning desire to contribute and learn as much as possible.

Start date: Summer, 2024, 6-months internship

Schedule: full-time

Note: This is a full-time paid internship. 

What you'll do at UiPath

• Contribute to the implementation & coordination of our Global Culture Champions Program.
• Contribute to the implementation of our global Hackathon and to the coordination of any other global internal events.
• Contribute to the implementation & coordination of our Global Recognition Programs.
• Contribute to quarterly reporting on employee sentiment based on our ongoing listening tools (Onboarding Surveys, Exit Surveys, Pulses) and connect with different teams to ensure action is taking where needed.
• Contribute to the implementation of our Annual People Experience Survey.
• Perform administrative duties as required to support the Culture Team.
• Ad hoc tasks and reporting.

What you'll bring to the team

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while managing their work time efficiently.
• High-energy and articulate with a employee-centric mindset
• Learn quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Ability to create and sustain productive relationships with global colleagues.
• Strong team player that loves to bring new ideas to the table.
• Experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook or PC-based calendar/meeting application
• Understanding of time zone complexities and comfortable using Zoom or 
  Teams type of video interview tools.
• Nice to have: previous volunteering experience.
