    Cerinte

    Professional Experience

    -Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCG.

    -Experience working with complex product portfolios.

    – Logical reasoning.


    Education

    -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business Affairs or another related field.


    Languages

    -English: professional (verbal and written), French is an advantage.

    Responsabilitati

    Category and brand strategy

    - Contributes to the development of the local category strategy and the design of the annual marketing plan.

    - Follow up the implementation of the strategy by working with the marketing team, agencies, sales, development, and production teams.

    - Prepare periodic marketing reports related to the categories you coordinate.

    Category and brand management

    - Manages the day-to-day activities of brand programs.

    - Assists in the preparation of volume, market share, marketing budget and P&L plans for the categories for which is responsible.

    - Responsible for the development of new products and concepts.

    - Oversees market research projects, analyses data, and proposes strategies for assigned products to optimize category performance in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager.

    - Coordinates promotional activities within the company and with advertising agencies and suppliers.

    - Monitors performance per project for the category for which is responsible.

    - Oversees category related expenses.


    New product development


    - Ensures the long-term growth of brands within assigned category.

    - Develops new products/innovations based on customer insights.

    - Is the project manager for all new products developed under the category for

    - Prepares creative or development briefs and follows their implementation, especially in the sphere of product development, improvement programs, packaging graphics and promotional materials.

    - Graphics development in collaboration with the designer/graphic designer/agency and ensures that the material reaching the supplier is in accordance with the pre-agreed graphics.


    Market analysis

    - Provides consumer intelligence on brands in the assigned category.

    - Provides support and consumer related information to the company to better understand market dynamics and trends.

    - Identifies new market opportunities.

    - Conducts regular market visits to ensure current and relevant data in the evaluation of business programs.

    - Provides regular information to the production department for product launches, relaunches, and delisting.

    - Collaborates with the supply chain department to provide logistical support (raw materials, finished product, promotional materials, etc.) necessary to carry out marketing activities as planned.

    - Collaborates with all departments involved and external suppliers to ensure the achievement of category objectives.


    Business forecast

    - Works with sales team to generate volume forecasts.

    - Focuses on the key indicators which have direct impact in P&L
