    Cerinte

    Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the call-center field);
    Higher studies / Certifications in HR preferred;
    Organized, detail oriented and demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities;
    Knowledge of sourcing and recruiting trends, methodologies and channels;
    Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time;
    Start-up mindset and hunger to achieve great results;
    Fluent in English.

    Responsabilitati

    Promoting the company on recruitment platforms;
    Screening CVs;
    Scheduling and supporting interviews in Romanian and English;
    Collecting all information from candidates chosen, for employment;
    Scheduling employees for occupational medicine;
    Creating procedures / processes to improve the activity;
    Creating and implementing quarterly / annual evaluations of employees;
    Collaborating with the IT / Training and HR department for onboarding.
