    Qualifications

    Studies:

    • University Diploma;
    • High school Diploma.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Language: English and/ or another language..........................................................................................;
    • University degree or adequate work experience (studies in finance, accounting or technical fields);
    • Analytical and logical approach;
    • General knowledge of processes and functionality in SAP with focus on Accounting or Authorizations;
    • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel);
    • Assertiveness;
    • Ability to drive changes in processes and organizations;
    • Careful and structured performance;
    • Good communication and documentation skills;
    • Ability to work very accurately;
    • Willingness to take on responsibility;
    • Good ability to communicate and work in an international team, as well as independently;
    • Willingness to travel; 
    • Experience in IT user and role administration creation;
    • Knowledge of ERP system authorization concept and data security;
    • Experience in using IT ticketing system - queue management and ITIL processes.

    Job Description

    • Responsible for standardized documentation, trainings and support of all Authorization-LAC and end users for GS/EF related authorization issues;
    • Represents GS-Authorization team in meetings (GPOs, CI, C/AU, GE, External Auditors, Application, Module Owners, Process Experts, other Central departments, etc.);
    • Participate in / evaluate risk in collaboration with the GS/ACE Global Process Owners (AIM Risk Catalog);
    • Suggests correct authorization checks to be included based on the authorization chapter of a Business Requirement (BR);
    • Checks requests regarding authorization changes if suitable and according to central directives;
    • Implements Detective Controls of user assignments within GS/EF in cooperation with AIM-R;
    • Handles role and/or authorization related queries/Tickets;
    • Role approval for finance related roles;
    • SAP new user creation; 
    • Role creation and assignment to users;
    • User cleanup ( e.g. identifies delete/block old users);
    • Trouble shoots authorization issues with Key user and other analysts;
    • Develops and maintenances authorization concept;
    • Documents authorization concepts;
    • Supports user security audits;
    • Offers support for SAP licensing activities;
    • Manages incoming tickets from Key user who request support;
    • Addresses as many tickets as possible but escalates the ones associate's cannot solve;
    • Handles and assigns tickets to appropriate team members in IT;
    • Monitors tickets progress - ensures progress and timely closure;
    • Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
    • Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
