Microsoft Intune Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Intune Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up an Intune environment from scratch, be comfortable working independently, and have experience with team leadership and project management. Experience with JAMF is also preferred.

Your tasks will include:

• Manage compliance policy, configuration profiles, Apple enrollment, corporate device identifiers, and security baselines
• Add users & groups, create & manage policies, and monitor your policies using report data
• Perform enterprise-level management of Windows 10 & 11 endpoints using Microsoft Intune
• Create, edit or delete Azure Active Directory (AAD) user/Device groups
• Create, edit or delete Azure Active Directory Dynamic user/Device groups
• Adapt and replace existing on-prem GPOs with comparable Intune policies
• Design, deployment, and support of autopilot infrastructure and related automation
• Develop or adapt custom scripts or 3rd party tools when out of the box features aren't suitable for a necessary task
• Management of corporate/enterprise application delivery
• Management of OS and application updates, including both routine patching and proactive remediation
• Act as a point of escalation for the Service Desk team when troubleshooting Intune or JAMF-related incidents

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Intune Administrator
• Customer service mindset
• Comfortable working independently
• Experience with team leadership and project management
• Experience with JAMF preferred
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Manager Administrator Associate or Jamf Certified Technician are a plus
