    Job Description

    As part of our team, your responsibilities include:

    • Perform purchasing transactions for determined legal entities located in Germany;
    • Compile initial reports for certain SCM KPIs such as consignments stock, delivery date;
    • Data collection (internal / external) for analyses;
    • Place and Update Purchase Orders;
    • Demand planning and delivery monitoring;
    • Create and Update InfoRecords and Order Books;
    • Create and Update Scheduling Agreements;
    • Enter and Update Import Data;
    • Manage communication with suppliers / internal customers;
    • Run queries in SAP;
    • Handle client queries and escalations, ensuring feedback to client queries within agreed turnaround time.

    The following are just some of the requirements which can ensure a good integration in our team:

    • Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering;
    • 2+ years of work experience in purchasing or logistic is a plus;
    • SAP knowledge or any Procurement ERP System related work experience;
    • Experienced in business environment;
    • Fluent English and advanced German;
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
    • Well organized with an ability to meet strict deadlines;
    • Windows office basic.
