    Role description

    The Procurement Sourcing Team Lead (Professional Services) is responsible for driving proper sourcing activities across all Professional Services subcategories (HR, consultancy, facilities, payment services), ensuring timely execution, stakeholder satisfaction and meeting other SLAs as determined. In addition to leading sourcing activities directly, the Procurement Sourcing Team Lead (Professional Services) will be responsible for developing and coaching a team that manages sourcing requests from the business (Professional Services departments across our brands), running sourcing events, transactional purchasing and contract / vendor setup.

    Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

    • Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple brands and geographies to support their Professional Services purchasing needs
    • Sourcing new suppliers and negotiating contracts based on stakeholder direction and approval
    • Managing, developing and coaching a team of employees to ensure delivery of sourcing team objectives
    • Maintaining category/transactional and supplier-level reporting to senior executives and internal stakeholders
    • Collaborating with and supporting the Professional Services Global Tower lead (Procurement Director) and category leads to ensure delivery of overarching global Procurement team goals, including triage process development and effective execution
    • Coordinating administrative procurement activities, including but not limited to contract registration in our contract lifecycle management tools and sign off in close alignment with Business Stakeholders, Group Legal, IT Security and Compliance
    • Assuring strong quality as well as productivity standards within the team, including SLA reporting, root cause analysis to determine improvement / adjustment opportunities

    Role Qualifications and Requirements

    • Strong Background in Procurement (5-8 years) with focus on Professional Services Category Management (HR, consultancy, payment services, facilities), including strong understanding of commercial contracts
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
    • Comfort in ambiguity - able to adapt style and approach in order to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders from a variety of different geographies and cultures
    • Ability to proactively drive the assigned projects and reach the preset objectives
    • Capacity to demonstrate tenacity, drive, ability to inspire and collaborate - a good people motivator with management experience
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build credibility with business partners, with a strong focus on Customer Centricity
