3+ years of experience in commercial development for iOS
Strong knowledge of Objective-C / Swift
Knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns
Implement custom UI elements
Be able to make up iOS interfaces and create interface animations
Ability to use code profiling tools, find and fix bottlenecks
Ability and desire to work independently
At least intermediate proficiency in English

Actively contribute to an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and ensure that development processes are efficient, transparent, and conducive to rapid iteration.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the continuous improvement and support of our iOS mobile application, leveraging expertise in both Objective-C and Swift.
Work closely with product management to align the mobile application roadmap with business objectives, ensuring that enhancements contribute to overall company goals.
Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of innovative and complex features within the iOS application, pushing the boundaries of what our mobile platform can achieve.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to deliver seamless and integrated functionalities.
Establish and enforce a holistic quality assurance process, covering every aspect of the iOS application's implementation.
Implement strategies to enhance the performance, maintainability, and scalability of the codebase, ensuring it can support current and future business needs.
Champion industry best practices in iOS development, including design patterns, architectural principles, and coding standards.
Lead educational initiatives within the team to ensure that the latest advancements in iOS development are understood and applied consistently.
Actively participate in cross-team initiatives to drive holistic improvements in the overall product ecosystem.
Stay at the forefront of iOS development technologies and explore opportunities to integrate emerging trends, such as AR/VR, machine learning, and other cutting-edge technologies, into the mobile application.
Provide leadership to the iOS development team, guiding and mentoring junior developers to foster their professional growth.
