Back End Developer

Candidatul Ideal
As a Back End Developer, your role is foundational in building the server, database, and application logic that drive web applications. Your primary responsibility involves developing and maintaining the core functional logic, operations, and backend systems. You will craft the backend components, connect the application with other (often third-party) web services, and support the front-end developers by integrating their work with the application.

Overall, as a Back End Developer, you play a crucial role in creating robust, efficient, and secure back-end architectures, driving the functionality and scalability of web applications. Your continuous improvement and learning, adherence to best practices, and collaboration with the front-end team are essential for the ongoing success of the web applications.

Back-End Developer Requirements

Mandatory Skills:
Advanced Python, Django, react: Must have extensive experience and proficiency in developing robust backend systems with Python, Django, and creating dynamic, user-centric frontends with React. Git: Proficient in version control using Git, understanding branches, mergers, and pull requests. AWS: Experienced in deploying and managing applications on AWS, understanding its core services and architecture. REST API & 3rd Party Tools API Integration: Ability to integrate and manage APIs, including creating RESTful services and integrating third-party APIs for enhanced functionalities. SQL Database Management, Preferably PostgreSQL: Skilled in database design, management, and optimization with SQL, with a preference for PostgreSQL. JSON & jQuery Knowledge: Proficient in data interchange format JSON and client-side scripting library jQuery. Firebase & JWT Knowledge: Experienced with Firebase for backend services and JWT for securely transmitting information. Tableau/BI type solutions Experience: Experience in business intelligence solutions for data analysis and visualization. Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing web pages for speed and efficiency, including understanding of caching, asynchronous loading, and resource minification.
Preferred Skills:
CRM Implementation: Experience with implementing 3rd party CRM type solutions is advantageous. Data Security and Best Practices: Knowledge of data security protocols and best practices in safeguarding information. CSS Knowledge: Understanding of CSS for styling and responsive design. Unit Tests: Experience in writing and maintaining unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability. AI Knowledge & AI Integration: Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts and integration of AI components into applications for advanced features and analytics.
