Inside Systems Engineer

We are building our Talent Pool at Veeam with experienced Customer Success Systems Engineers.

This person will work in collaboration with Customer Success Representatives to conduct configuration reviews for the existing customers.

Your tasks will include:

o Conduct live and virtual customer meeting presentations and demonstrations

o Collaborate with the customer/partner to establish and translate business objectives into technical requirements

o Independently consult with customer base to provide technical expertise on data protection 

o Coordinate closely with Internal Teams like Support and Licensing

o Work closely with Product Management to provide customer feedback

o Account management at a technical level to support upsell/cross-selling

What we expect from you:

o Fluency in English is a must

o Spanish, German OR Italian language required 

o Bachelor's degree required 

o Demonstrated solution sales and/or technical presales experience preferred

o Industry-based experience with experience with data protection technologies

o Industry based experience in storage, network and/or cloud-based technologies strongly desired

o Experience working with monitoring tools and frameworks

o Experience in data life-cycle management with IT audit requirements

o Demonstrated experience with virtualization technologies

o Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment

o Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter and be able to learn new technologies quickly
