Deputy Technical Director

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical environment
- Strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Collaborate with the Technical Director to define and implement the technical vision and strategy for the organization
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Support professional development initiatives within technical teams
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and skill development
- Effectively communicate technical strategies and updates to leadership and relevant stakeholders
- Provide regular reports on project progress, challenges, and key metrics
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to our field
- Lead research initiatives to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in project delivery
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement
