Join our team if you:

You have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business or other related fields;
Have a strong computer skill including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel with focus, Word, Power Point);
Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English (both speaking& writing)
Like to learn more about VAT and work in a young dynamic environment, you are a real team player, collaborative and create a positive team environment;
Have great organization skills, analytical skills and you always check the details.

Your future role:
As a Junior VAT Consultant in our team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in consulting and compliance projects with various complexities, implying:
Preparing tax returns and registers with the direct supervision and coordination of senior colleagues;
Involvement in tax audits covering the VAT area and being support for senior roles (e.g., managing the correspondence with the tax authorities, preparation of various reconciliations);
Execute the indirect tax compliance work for local and non-resident clients;
Identify issues and opportunities to continuously improve the automation of the VAT compliance process;
Good coordination with other seniors from the team;
Monitoring the authorities' websites daily and sending information and updates with legislation and relevant events to the members of the tax department
Contributing to the preparation of alerts with legislative news in the fiscal field that are sent both to colleagues and clients
Ensuring information flow between the firm and external clients as well as with other firm’s departments.
Actively participate to the technical meeting, training and coaching sessions to ensure continuous development of your technical knowledge and of the junior staff;
Must have VAT compliance experience.
