    This role demands an individual who has a strong business acumen, professional maturity, and ideally experience in a technology startup environment.It would report to the CEO/Board, would manage shared resources (product/tech, marketing etc) and in due time build a dedicated Consumer team.


    Qualifications:

    Proven track record of successful digital product sales & marketing and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in digital products.

    ● Professional experience in product development stages, ideally within a startup or entrepreneurial setting.

    ● Interest for the education sector and a commitment to enhancing learning experiences through technology.

    ● Track record of executing plans effectively and meeting business objectives.

    ● Exceptional multitasking skills and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial ecosystem.

    ● Proactive leadership with a positive, can-do attitude and the drive to initiate and manage projects independently.


    Experience:

    ● Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product sales & marketing.

    ● Previous experience in the ed-tech industry and/or a technology startup environment is a plus.

    ● A solid history of building and maintaining strong customer relationships and improving user engagement.

    Responsabilitati


    ● Devising and implementing tactics to significantly increase the existing consumer base;

    ● Find and propose new sales opportunities;

    ● Work together with the B2B team and company’s other resources, and in due time build a dedicated Consumer team. to develop new consumer products and features;

    ● Consumer product development: lead the development of new/improved consumer products and features, follow-up and manage the implementation by the technical team;.

    ● Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance user engagement and brand loyalty.

    ● Analyze consumer behavior specifically related to digital educational products, adjusting strategies and tactics to meet evolving needs.

    ● Cultivate special relationships with key influencers, such as teachers and educational leaders, to foster product recommendations.

    ● Maintain a persistent drive for innovation, continually testing and optimizing new strategies and tactics.

    ● Excel in a multitasking role within a dynamic, entrepreneurial ecosystem, exhibiting a proactive and can-do attitude.

    ● Demonstrate professional maturity, including an understanding of the product lifecycle and how it relates to consumer engagement.

    ● Project management and management of resources (people, time. money)
