R&D Financial Controller

Degree in Business Administration;
5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company;
Experience working with SAP S/4 and in particular in SAP PS, BW, BPC, and SAC would be highly advantageous;
Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, and ideally MS Project;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, as well as an outstanding comprehension of numbers;
Good teamwork and presentation skills.

Business Partner for Board Member, Innovation and Technology, for all financial matters related to this Board portfolio;
Provides strategic and operational business management advice for company-wide innovation areas, acting as an interface with production on control topics;
Actively supports strategic and operational planning processes and project planning in SAP and other project systems;
Analyzes the economic situation of projects and, if necessary, immediately initiates measures to ensure achievement of objectives;
Conducts tracking of global R&D projects in cooperation with the respective local project management, reports monthly and analyses relevant aggregated R&D key figures;
Defines and continuously improves standards for global R&D reporting in order to meet the claim of being “best in class”;
Coordinates the initiation of globally distributed projects.
