Our requirements:

>>Graduated with a degree in Finance / Accounting;

>>Solid knowledge of MSOffice;

>>Experience in working with the interface;

>>English language, at least intermediate level.

Your responsibilities will be to:

>>Keep a chronological record of invoices received from suppliers;

>>Retrieving electronic documents from the Virtual Private Space (SPV), distributing the documents to the involved departments and archiving them;

>>Issuing invoices in electronic format;

>>Ensures the up-to-date record of entries and exits and the preparation of supporting documents for personnel expenses (record of expense reports, progress sheets).
