ServiceNow Expert – Developer/Implementer

• 2+ years' experience with ServiceNow implementation;
• 1+ years' experience with at least one of the following ServiceNow modules:
  • Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Employee Center
  • Virtual Agent
  • Now Mobile
• Demonstrate a general understanding of web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, REST APIs, etc.);
• Drive to explore and adopt new technologies, such as ML / AI;
• First experience with user experience methods is a plus.
