    Qualifications

    • Act proactive, independent and lead project to success;
    • Technical background in industrial engineering;
    • English language: B2 Level; German or other languages represent an advantage.

    Job Description

    • Responsible in his plant area for work system design and time data management in extended value stream;
    • Responsible with important elements in planning guide line (e.g. ergonomics, time data management, work place design);
    • Calculates tact time, identifies standard time and establishes work standard;
    • Advice and support process planning engineers and tool/machine designers;
    • Checking new machines/workplaces (work methods and ergonomics);
    • Continues check of work place design;
    • Responsible with time data management;
    • Utilization of correct methods in process time data determination;
    • Creatingchecking and maintaining structure in SAP(e.g. routings, PRT's, work centers, etc.);
    • Record, determine and update time data and tracking key indicators (standard time (VT), change over time, set up time, allowance time);
    • Track workers performance level by key figures by monitoring progress of work efficiency.
