• Education: qualified lawyer or LL.B. (law) and LL.M (law) or equivalent educational level
• Knowledge: deep knowledge in GDPR and know-how about implementation of data protection and data security requirements
• Experience: several years of relevant professional experience in data protection consulting; qualification as a data protection officer, ideally certified; ISO27001 training an advantage
• Personality: strong consulting and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Working style: analytical, conceptual and structured
• Languages: very good German and English (level C1, speaking and writing)

• As an internal data protection consultant, you will be responsible for providing solution-oriented legal support to internal departments and product development projects, especially with regard to legal regulations of the EU (GDPR, ePrivacy directive) and Germany (e.g. BDSG, TTDSG).
• You will give legal advice in all questions of data protection to departments, managers, projects.
• You will support the design of Bosch data protection standards (e.g. for new topics such as AI) and advise on the product design process (privacy by design, privacy by default) as well as on the design of technical data protection.
• You are responsible for legal project support in data protection for the entire development cycle and independently coordinate data protection reviews with internal and external bodies worldwide.
• Your tasks will include evaluating technical specifications relating to data protection and information security.
• Last but not least, you will be responsible for creating the necessary documentation (e.g. risk assessments) with the parties involved and conducting internal project training and audits.
