Junior/Consultant (f/m) 1st Level Support with German - MHP - A Porsche Company

• Windows knowledge, UNIX basic knowledge desirable;
• Fluent knowledge of spoken and written in German;
• 1st or 2nd level support experience (at least 1 year) including hotline support (no dispatching - only service desk);
• ITIL desirable;
• Open and friendly, professional appearance in customer communication;

• Good to very good knowledge of using the BMC Remedy AR Suite;
• Good to very good knowledge of the MS Office programs Word, Excel and Powerpoint;

Support for data exchange systems with OFTP2 standard specialization in the automotive sector:
• Acceptance and processing of support requests and error reports;
• Log file analysis of erroneous orders;
• Advice to the department (professional, technical);
• Processing and implementation of service requests;
• Maintaining and setting up OFTP2 partner stations;
• Maintenance of the knowledge base;
• Receipt and qualification of fault reports and inquiries by telephone, email or ticket tool;
