• IT software know-how: SQL, Microsoft Office Package Mainly: Excel and Access, Power BI;
• Programing languages would be an advantage (e.g: Visual Basic,C++, Java);
• The ability to work effectively on a team or independently;
• Accountability, initiative, integrity and maturity;
• Analytical work style;
• English level: advanced;
• German language is an advantage.

• Update the daily/weekly main KPIs with the right values from SAP, download data from SAP via Excel and move the data to other Excel files with formulas/conditional formating;
• Automatization of the KPIs using SQL with PowerBI technology;
• Support for delveloping of new KPIs in Excel with Macros;
• Testing and tracing the proper running of IT bots;
• Update/create the KPI Dasboards in Power BI.
