Qualification:
· Minimum 3 years of working experience in Continuous Improvement
· A bachelor and/or master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management/Industrial Management.
· Knowledge and expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies and tools (Lean 6sigma, TPM, TPS),
· Project management skills
· Resilience to work through challenges
· Advanced business writing skills in English
· Strong analytical and problem solving ability
· Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel , PowerPoint , Thinkcell
· SAP Production and Maintenance would considered as an extra asset

· Engraining the Continuous Improvement mentality across the plant via consistent and clear messaging and guidance
· Managing all relevant stakeholders & built valued relationships in order to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and support achievement of exceptional results
· Being responsible for the alignment of continuous improvement process
