MARKETING AND EVENTS COORDINATOR

New on the Romanian market, but with an experienced management in international business and events, B4B Development Solutions is a consultancy company specialized in association management, marketing solutions, new media and events.
We aim to set a new standard of efficiency and professionalism in services, by combining the management’s international expertise and multidisciplinary approach with the team members’ ambition and passion.

Higher education/ University degree;
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary/cross country team;
Knowledge of marketing tools
Proven experience in event management
Proactive, dynamic, self-driven;
Creative and consistent;
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business objectives;
Multi-tasking and time management essential;
Positive / success-oriented attitude;
English fluent (written and spoken);
Proficiency in more EU-languages considered an asset;
Good knowledge of MS Office tools.

Develop and implement marketing strategy for clients
Develop marketing material: brochures, flyers, adds, newsletters, banners
Maintain and continuously update the website
Social media campaigns
Maximize partnerships and opportunities for growth
CRM tools
Association management and governance
Project management
Public and press relations
Coordinate international events: location, suppliers, communication, materials, on-site assistance
