Basic Purpose and Scope:
The Visa and Immigration Compliance (VIC) HR Intern will be working alongside the Immigration Team Lead – Western Europe, and the UK Visa and Immigration Compliance (VIC) Representative to ensure compliance with but not limited to West Europe countries’ immigration laws and regulations and SLB policies.

Responsibilities:

• Address EUR VIC requests within working day of the request being submitting and notably;
• Assist the VIC Team with Posted workers directive notifications requests to the Immigration provider;
• Prepare letters of assignments related to Posted worker assignments;
• Assist the VIC Team with A1 certificate requests to Immigration provider, and internal teams;
• Assist the VIC team with letters of invitation’s administration;
• Review and complete EUR VIC requests under the VIC Team supervision;
• Assist tracking of visas and good maintenance of immigration files;
• Any other administrative tasks as requested by the VIC Team.
