IT Security Control & Policy Expert

VON Consulting is an HR Consultancy company, providing solutions and services in the following areas: recruitment and executive search, personnel leasing, payroll, administration and training.

 Strong experience in the IT/Datacenter sector;
 Broaden background in IT /Datacenter technologies (Server/Compute, Storage, Database, Network, private/public cloud);
 Experience in project /program manager type of role;
 In-depth knowledge and experience of security standards and compliance /audits (e.g. ISO27001);
 Very strong organizational skills and self-organized;
 Extremely high interpersonal and commutation skills;
 Fluency in English;
 Ability to work across international and distributed teams in a virtual environment;
 Able to deal with international customers and partners;
 Good understanding of information technology basics (e.g. operating systems, databases, networks, virtualisation, private and public clouds) and information
security basics (e.g. security testing, hardening, vulnerabilities, users, and privileges management);
 Proficient in MS tools: Excel, PowerPoint.

 Drive and ensure full compliance on security controls and policies for the complete scope of the organization (DC infrastructure services);
 Ensure that all requirements are met to reach full Cyber Security Baseline (CSB) compliancy as well support during Group Internal or external audits as the focal point of contact inside the organization;
 Enable the company to demonstrate compliance with both to company´s Group policies and international standards like ISO/IEC 22301and ISO/IEC 27001;
 Develop improvement plans, track the actions, and overall maintain the CSB compliance dashboard;
 Provide guidance on process policies, standards, and controls to comply with internal audit and external regulatory and legislative requirements;
 Ensure the over-arching technical implementation and fulfillment of all security-related controls and policies.
