• Engineer with technical background, with minimum 4 years experience;
• High interest in Facility management / Building installations and equipment / Electrical safety;
• Acquainted with Microsoft Office tools (particularly in Excel) and AutoCAD for building drawings;
• Good communication and collaboration skills;
• Good organizer with analytical thinking, with project management skills;
• Result and quality oriented, efficient and pro-active worker;
• Attention to details;

• English - very good written and spoken languages skills.

We are looking for a colleague who would like to work together with the technical and security team within Facility Management group, in our Engineering Center Cluj, dealing with topics like utilities, HVAC, electrical safety and other related to our buildings functionality. 

In your role you will:

• Ensure support for the FCM-related projects for existing buildings and spaces under development; 
• Ensure assistance in FCM representation in the relationship with specific suppliers for activities for maintenance or electrical projects in the building;
• Follow-up of FCM projects in progress in the specific area and provide support in creating optimal conditions for the development of ECC activity;
• Monitor and report utility consumption for ECC workspaces and offer support in the implementation of the necessary measures to optimize the consumption generated by the systems and equipment's;
• Ensure support in operation of equipment and installations using the Building Management System (BMS);
• Be responsible for the preparation and implementation of procedures and work instructions for activities and equipment related to the building, in accordance with Bosch central directives and Romanian legislation;
• Prepare reports and establishes KPIs in accordance with Bosch norms related to the field of activity;
• Lead the local electrical safety organization with ES in the departments;
• Ensure support for all DP-ES for implementation of electrical safety guidelines and regulations;
• Be responsible to authorize/ approve all technical instructions to the DP-ES;
• Standardizes the local electrical processes and procedures according to baselines;
• Check and confirm the standards with regular local audits.
