    Requirements

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or other field related;
    - 8+ years of experience in Category, Product Marketing, Market Research at a CPG, retail, or research agency;
    - Direct experience with the full mix of insights online/offline methodologies (quantitative and qualitative) including but not limited to – consumer segmentation, brand health tracking, needs gap analyses, attitudes and usage studies, ethnographies, focus groups, shop-a-longs, concept tests, interpreting category and syndicated data;
    - Ability to understand, translate and map strategic business and competitive priorities into analysis and deliver insights;
    - Project management and organizational skills;
    - Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with skills in collaboration and teamwork;
    - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, familiarity with Power BI;
    - Occasional travel (10%) is required.

    Responsibilities

    1. Drawing the insights strategy and the Marketing Insights plan (MI – Market, consumers, shoppers, customer and retail insights) to sustain yearly marketing and commercial objectives:
    - Initiates, plans and implements the MI projects: defines the objectives, analyses and solves the problems, finds opportunities, monitors and evaluates the results;
    - Supports the development of a successful local brand and category leadership through research projects;
    - Evaluates competitor products, marketing tactics and strategies and collaborates with the business partners on what actions should be taken to improve the consumer experience
    - Helps draw insights and recommendations for optimising the use of all marketing and communications channels, influencing the design of GTM/LLP, campaigns and programs and identifying product enhancements;
    - Defining, tracking and reporting key metrics to assess marketing and overall business health;
    - Builds/designs dashboards to enable ongoing monitoring of the key metrics;

    2. Developing the MI Briefs, supervising the implementation of the MI projects, keeping the relationship with the research agencies, and supporting the deployment of the MI results:
    - Supports selection of the MI agencies by evaluating the projects and services offered by the agencies against specific objectives and budgets;
    - During the MI projects: prepares, supervises the conduct of the projects, supervises the research implementation, monitors and evaluates the results together with the research agency, extracts the conclusions, insights and based on these offers directions and sustains the commercial team;
    - Processes the MI data given by global studies, communicates with the regional EO/HQ coordinators and the global research agencies, provides research reports and MI presentations inside the organisation;
    - Develop training sessions to educate the organization on the most efficient ways to leverage insights to drive the value of research and insights across the company;

    3. Managing the MI budgets:
    - Develops a yearly plan and budget, manages the spending vs budget allocated to the MI function, and operates all the internal processes for the plan execution with the help of marketing support.
