    Cerinte

    • Bachelor degree and previous experience in customer support/ administrative roles;
    • English Advanced level reading, writing and speaking ability;
    • Additional European language ability is a plus: French, Italian, German, Russian, Turkish;
    • Task oriented & well organized;
    • Ability to multi-task;
    • Ability to follow up with others on their tasks;
    • Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specially Word, Excel and Power Point;
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Project would be useful.

    Responsabilitati

    • Tender tactics/strategy development
    • Sharing lessons learned from other Product Lines or geographies
    • Manages the process, development, and sanction of the Tender submission
    • Supports Pre-Qualification questionnaires
    • Ensures compliance to ITT requirements and aligned to Customer Centricity
    • Coordinate Kick Off and Review meetings, identify and track action items and maintain communication with team members of key deadlines and requirements
    • Facilitate any required customer clarification, working with the primary liaison (sales representative) with the customer.
    • Facilitates communication with all Geounit/ Division/ Business Lines during the tendering process and for any subsequent feedback.
    • Develops and shares best practices and lessons learned after the Tender award or loss.
    • Oversees Country/ Geounit overview content with Regional Content Coordinator.
    • Provides feedback for continuous tender process/workflow improvement.
