Team Leader / Senior Accountant

Process Solutions is a Business Process Outsourcing Group who is operating a dynamic and rapidly expanding independent accounting business in the CEE region, delivering services to some of the largest corporations in the world. Through our own offices and together with our partner network, we deliver high-quality finance, accounting and payroll services for multi-national companies across Europe.

Knowledge and experience

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment
- Good command of Romanian accounting and tax matters
- ACCA in progress and experience in IFRS are a plus
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Skilled MS Office user

Key Responsibilities include

- Coordinating several projects simultaneously, involving tasks from transaction processing to tax returns and from management reports to financial statements
- Maintaining communication with clients, their auditors and tax authorities
- Organising and supervise work of 3 to 5 Accountants
- Acting as an effective advisor and mentor for the team
- Decision making related to service delivery and team
