UX Designer

As one of the leading European shoe manufacturers, we stand for the development and production of high-quality women's and men's shoes as well as their marketing and have in-depth knowledge in the areas of design, development, production, sales, and marketing.

● Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of digital product design work.
● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
● Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
● Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision or Axure.
● Experience with usability testing and user research.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to lead and facilitate design thinking activities.
● Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Work with cross-functional teams including product management, development, and visual design to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products.
● Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
● Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate
design concepts and solutions.
● Collaborate with visual designers to ensure that the visual design aligns with the overall user
experience.
● Conduct usability testing to validate and improve design solutions.
● Stay up-to-date on emerging design trends and technologies.
● Lead design sprints and other design thinking activities to facilitate innovation and
problem-solving.
● Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our digital
products.
