    Cerinte


    -Minimum 2/3 years experience in a similar position
    -Office – very good knowledge
    -English- advanced level
    -Excellent communication skills both in Romanian and in English (both spoken and written)
    -Self-motivated, hard-working, detail-minded, quick learner, team player, -Ability to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision
    -Appropriate interpersonal skills to collaborate cross‐functionally, at all levels

    Responsabilitati

    -Responsible for the good organization of the General Manager's agenda, regarding travelling, scheduling and prepare meetings;
    -Prepares & delivers the reports requested by the General Manager promptly
    -Maintain records, and databases, prepare presentations, communicate, save, and manage e-mails management.
    -Close collaboration with all departments directly subordinated to the General Manager.
    -Participate in Management Meetings and elaborate the Meeting Minutes and Action Plans according to the meeting's discussions.
    -Organize the operational meetings/Operations review organization.
    -Ensures protocol formalities at meetings, conferences, and other events organized
    -Participation together with General Manager in carrying out the organizational analysis;
    -Preparation of material with conclusions and proposals for improvement under the guidance of General Manager;
    -Coordinates the flow of correspondence and communications
    -Ensures compliance with the access rules for foreign persons in the office area;
    -Prepares, receives, checks, archives distributes internal and external documents
