    Requirements

    Skills that make your work successful:

    At least 2 years of work experience in supervising/leading recruitment teams;

    At least 3 years experience in an area of expertise (recruitment field) as recruiter/talent acquisition specialist;

    Fluent in French and Medium Level in English;

    Data centric data quality focused SLA s advocate;

    Familiar with Workday and/or others popular productivity tools;

    Proactive and innovative able to adapt to fast paced work environment;

    Strong organizational skills;

    Expected to be knowledgeable about the work performed by their immediate team;

    Typically receives direction and feedback from their supervisor on setting priorities or assigning and managing tasks on a weekly basis;

    Expected to provide solutions to problems for your immediate team.

    Responsibilities

    Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:

    Daily operational supervision of a team of 10 and 12 recruitment specialists and analysts;

    Managing the workload of the team, may make work assignments, and has responsibility for developing team members;

    Operates as a subject matter expert and may be the escalation point for issue resolution and customer escalations;

    Manages effective internal external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility and builds client relationships in the wider group or unit;

    Exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the business;

    Interpret day to day business objectives and prepare execute operational practices work programs;

    Prepare, analyze and interpret complex reports information and formulate conclusions;

    Ensure that all of the client responsibilities occur in accordance with the Statement of Work and Service Level Agreement with the client;

    May be accountable for ongoing management of effective client service relationship in one area of the business, by acting as main point of contact for senior client representatives;

    Responsible for decisions made by their immediate team and expected to contribute to decisions that involve multiple teams;

    Anticipate, identify, and assess complex issues problems.
