The CE Innovation Team at Deloitte is looking for an open-minded, business-oriented and solid delivery focus with mentoring skills person who would play an essential role in the innovative transformation of a renowned international company.

Ideal Profile:
A person with interdisciplinary and cross-culture history having experience in business creation, research, product prototyping, development, and market launch. Knowledgeable in the technological field, design, research, and business models and a good facilitator, too!
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, able to explain complex topics in simpler manners
• Able to evaluate the accuracy and real-life validity of proposed business models as well as other financial aspects of incubated projects
• An understanding of the entire product life cycle, customer-oriented design, and value proposition creation
• Experience in in-house innovation, startup incubation or venture capital investments
• Project management with a focus on utilising agile approaches in software development
• Keen on sustainability in innovation and driving the solutions with positive impact

Advantages:

Depending on your skill set and area of expertise, your agenda will not focus only on projects but you will be equally responsible for projects driving innovative culture inside and outside Deloitte. Contact with the team will be daily - through Microsoft Teams, as we are a remote team from different CE countries

To lead innovation projects and provide support to the innovation and business teams during all development stages:
• To guide Idea-owners from the initial idea into a valid business case
• To deliver market research for a chosen project with a customer journey and value proposition analysis
• To evaluate and advise upon the proposed approach and selected technologies
• To recognise potential alternatives and maximise the value of the product
• To configure and to check the validity of business models
• To advise on the validity of the proposed business plan and financial estimates
• To provide guidance and support on creating investor pitches and presentations
• To supervise the project development efficiently and thoroughly through pre-defined iterations, project management Agile and Waterfall
• To foster the innovation mindset and take an active role in building the innovative community within the company
• To build an innovative culture by scanning innovations on the global market, running creative workshops, and of course any initiatives you would like to introduce and be the lead
