You have at least 4 years of significant experience in production management and planning
Functional expertise of the PP module (and APO) and its native integrations with other modules (FICO/MM/SD/PM)
Ability to meet the expectations of a production management: simplify / rationalize and optimize production flows, plan the best needs (MRP, PIC, PDP), finely calculate production costs, ...
Ability to adapt to new workflows and work processes
Consulting posture: argumentation / holding positions / customer presentation
Analytical and writing skills: understanding and synthesis
Fluency in professional English & French
Ideally ABAP development experience, knowledge of technical tools, ability to debug
A plus would be your motivation to pass the S/4 HANA Certification (if this is not done) so that we can accompany you in this path
You are attentive and have a strong team spirit. You are also autonomous and like to take initiatives.

Your role will revolve around 3 components

Operational Component:

Participate in missions upstream of projects
Participate in functional design phases
Be a Production Planning referent on the projects on which you work
Supervise a team of functional or technical junior profiles, to deliver the desired evolutions.

Business / Pre-sales component:

Carry out or have carried out the quantification of the evolutions;
Participate in the presentation (SAP or S/4HANA) or defense with the client on your area of expertise.

Leadership and capitalization component:

Animation of the community through feedback, presentations of our know-how;
Implementation of internal training or training materials for consultants.
